There has been a serious shift in the way in which companies communicate with consumers. Smart businesses realise that it is not just one way anymore and that through the internet consumers’ voices are growing louder and stronger by the day. Organisations such as COCO Beauty Spa & Clinic in Ballincollig and Bóthar recognise this and have developed deeper relationships with their customer base through an effective, interactive online presence and experiential events.
This summer, Cork fashionistas and beauty enthusiasts have been spoilt for choice with a variety of high profile events occurring throughout the county. Sandra Murphy and Christopher Harold from TV3's The Apprentice were seen getting into the swing of things and thoroughly enjoying themselves with Emer O’ Hea from 96fm.

Also spotted at the event were Paula Lenihan of RSVP Magazine, Maria Mullarkey and Shirley Murphy both from RTE’s Nationwide. Guests were further spoilt with goody bags as the night drew to an end.
