Ballyhoura Apple Farm is located at Clashganniv outside Churchtown village in North County Cork. Maurice Gilbert is the full time co-owner and manager of Ballyhoura Apple Farm and is busy developing this exciting rural business by attending several farmers' markets throughout Munster weekly as well as working on new product development and marketing. Each year the crop is pressed into apple juice and marketed as Ballyhoura Pure Irish Apple Juice and several other apple products.  The fruit and vegetable used in Ballyhoura Apple Farm juices support other food producers in the local community and help to create and sustain local employment.
