The new contracts were negotiated following re-structuring at the former pan-European distributors, Maxxium Worldwide, opening up the opportunity for Barry & Fitzwilliam to deal directly with the brand owners. The firm will revert to its original name, Barry & Fitzwilliam, from April 6th this year.

The company,m which employs 80 people, is headquartered at a 50,000 square foot bonded warehousing facility at Airport Road, Cork, with an administration centre in Dublin.
